I’ve had a pretty good few days. Pretty good as in I haven’t been too anxious. I actually feel pretty happy in general, and quite calm. Which is kind of crazy! Sure I’ve had bouts of anxiety in the last few days, but they haven’t lasted very long… There hasn’t been anything that lingers too long.
